Our dual diagnosis care is for people who have both a mental disorder and an alcohol or drug problem. These conditions occur together frequently. Some of the people who have a mental disorder will also have a substance use disorder at some point in their lives and vice versa. The interactions of the two conditions can worsen both.
Our Dual Diagnosis home care is an option for people who need ongoing support for daily living tasks as well as mental and/or behavioral health conditions. our team is trained to work with people who have serious mental and behavioral health issues and provide ongoing support. We can also provide companionship, assist with organising schedules, and help with medications.
We offer free Assessments to all our new clients. Simply book a consultation with us and we'll come over.
A care plan is dratfed with the input of the service user with help from family members.
After everything has been completed we jump right in to give continuos care and support.
